Due to the nature of digital files, all digital product sales are final.

If you have trouble accessing your download, please reach out and we’ll make sure you get your files.

Physical Items: 

All sales are final unless damaged in transit.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo if your product arrives damaged.
